The Township of Oro-Medonte (the township) received a three-part request under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the Act) about a certain water infrastructure issue. The township decided that it had reasonable grounds to consider the request as frivolous or vexatious under section 4(1)(b) of the Act.
