Access requests - information for institutions and the public
Are institutions required to respond to requests for access to information during the pandemic?

We understand that some organizations may have had difficulty meeting the 30-day response requirement during the earlier periods of the pandemic. The IPC is considering the evolving circumstances when processing appeals.
