IPC Submission on Schedule 2 of Bill 212: Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024

The IPC provided comments to the Standing Committee on Heritage, Infrastructure and Cultural Policy about Schedule 2 of Bill 212: Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024. To protect the access to information rights of Ontarians and ensure transparency, the IPC’s submission calls for the removal of sections 8(5) and 8(6) in their entirety from Schedule 2 of Bill 212.
