Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division policies
Our office’s Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division is committed to responding to complaints appeals and complaints in a fair, timely, and meaningful manner.
These policies apply to all appeals and complaints under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Privacy Act, and all complaints under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, and Part X of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act.
