Summary

|
The appellant sought access to records created as a result of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services’ procurement of an Offender Telephone Management System. Portions of the records were denied under sections 13(1), 14(1), 15, 17(1), 18(1), 19, and 21(1) of the Act. This order upholds the ministry’s decision, in part, and determines that the exemptions at sections 14(1), 15, 17(1), 19, and 21(1) apply to portions of the records. The remaining portions of the records, for which the exemptions at sections 13(1), 14(1), 15, 17(1), 18(1), 19, and 21(1) are found not to apply, are ordered disclosed.
